Morgan Rowe
Morgan has 12 years of coaching experience with both recreational and competitive ice skating. She most enjoys working with beginner and recreational skaters to help them develop a love for ice skating and accelerate their advancement through the sport while gaining all of the many positive life skills and healthy attributes that the sport affords. She has taught skaters in the Boston community of all levels and ages at the Frog Pond since 2008 and was one of the Directors of the Frog Pond Skating School from 2008-2010. As a competitive figure skater Morgan was a 2-Time International Champion, US National Junior Ladies Bronze Medalist, Member of the U.S. Figure Skating Team for 4 consecutive years, Junior World Grand Prix Finals Competitor, and 4-Time US National Competitor. Morgan graduated from Harvard University in 2003 with a B.A. in Government and International Relations and has worked as a business development consultant with Shiboomi Business Accelerators for 8 years. While at Harvard she founded the Harvard University Figure Skating Club and was a member of Harvard’s JV Women’s Ice Hockey Team. Morgan has served on numerous U.S. Figure Skating Committees over the years as an Athlete Member and she a member of The Skating Club of Boston’s professional coaching staff.
